All customized items are non-refundable! If product arrives damaged, client has 72hrs to notify BardHouse with pictures in order to rectify the situation. Pictures are required with a damaged goods report. Thanks in advance for your business and understanding!

I strive to provide excellent customer service and in doing so I offer a 5 day exchange only on unopen items; once item has been received. After that time I will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Currently there is a 2-3 week turnaround. If previous orders are completed earlier; then I may be able to get your order to you sooner. I do have a “RUSH” order option which is an additional $20 fee.
